Refund and Exchange Policy Returns Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Initiation: To begin a return or exchange, email with Subject "Return/Exchange Request" and body text: Reason for return/exchange, and a photo for damage/quality issues. Restocking Fee: Orders over $120/€120 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-Returnable Items Gift cards and downloadable software products. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a specified period. Delayed or Missing Refunds First, recheck your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank for processing details. If you have done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, email us. Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale items cannot be exchanged. Exchanges Exchanges are accepted. Contact us within 31 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. Gifts If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. A gift certificate will be sent upon receipt of the returned item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver. Shipping for Returns You are responsible for your shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50/€50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
