Refund and Exchange Policy
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Initiation: To begin a return or exchange, email with Subject "Return/Exchange Request" and body text: Reason for return/exchange, and a photo for damage/quality issues.
- Restocking Fee: Orders over $120/€120 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
Return Process
- We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Approval or rejection of the refund will be communicated.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a specified period.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
- First, recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to be posted.
- Next, contact your bank for processing details.
- If you have done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, email us.
Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted. Contact us within 31 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Gifts
- If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. A gift certificate will be sent upon receipt of the returned item.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping for Returns
- You are responsible for your shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50/€50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
