Cancellations
You can only cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Afterwards, you should contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank as there may be some processing time before the refund can be posted.
Please contact us at [email protected] if you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund.
Returns
- All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and brand new.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The original shipping charges you paid or we paid are non-refundable.
- Please include the invoice in the return package.
- Items purchased during any sales event with a discount of 15% or more or using a promo code are not eligible for returns.
- We will take care of any defective products. Please contact us to initiate the process via email [email protected]
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for orders over $70 or orders with more than five items.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not refund our costs of shipping the order to you as we still paid for shipping to send it out, even if it was free shipping.
- Any items sent to us without our prior approval will be donated to charity and will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We are happy to accept exchanges. However, please keep in mind the following guidelines:
- All items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- You must return the items to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Please include the original invoice in the return package.
- Shipping charges from the original order are not refundable.
- You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping, as well as the new shipping costs for the exchanged items.
We hope to be able to cover these costs for our customers in the future, but for now, we kindly ask that you bear them. If you have any questions or concerns about our exchange policy, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and send you an email to confirm the receipt. Following this, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a certain number of days.
Items On Sales
Unfortunately, items purchased on sale cannot be returned or refunded. If you received a discount of 15% or more, you may only exchange the item.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. After we have received the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first and then gave it to you later, we will refund the gift giver instead. They will be informed of your return and will receive the refund.
Shipping
When returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please keep in mind that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your item is safely returned to us. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
