- The product details will inform you that, after placing an order, you will receive an email to personalize the product.
- Finish the order.
- Custom T-shirt Shop WLWL receives the order for fulfillment.
- A generic address sends you an email containing a personalization link.
- Clicking the link in the email opens the personalization editor with the product you need to personalize.
- Completing the personalization and clicking the “Complete personalization” button will display a Thank You popup with a close button for you.
- The internal system sends a notification to WLWL Shop to update the order status.
The order status will stay as ‘Pending personalization,’ and products that haven’t been personalized won’t be processed for fulfillment until the customer finishes the personalization.
If an order includes multiple units of a single product, we’ll provide one personalization link, and all items will feature identical printing. You must place separate orders to have the same product personalized in varied ways. For orders containing two distinct personalized products, we’ll issue two separate personalization links.
